Within just a few months of the successful launch of our celebrity chef service, we are proud to be partnering with Chef Michael Hunter (Antler) and, from Local Kitchen, Chef Fabio Bondi and Sommelier & Producer Michael Sangregorio.
Through CHEFS BY 10TATION, we provide clients, event managers and party planners the opportunity to offer menu options created by various celebrity chefs from across Canada with the option of having their selected cuisine star on-site for the occasion as well. The service already features Cory Vitiello (Flock Rotisserie & Greens), John Jackson & Connie DeSousa (CHARCUT Roast House, charbar) and Michele Forgione (Impasto, Chez Tousignant, Pizzeria Gema).
Born into farming in Caledon, Ontario, Chef Michael Hunter has built his culinary career on a foundation of lifelong respect and emphasis toward the use of wild and fresh ingredients grown locally. Formerly found in the kitchens of Sassafraz, Luma, Scarpetta and Reds Wine Tavern, Hunter now provides diners the fruits of his passion through his ownership and back of house management at Antler Kitchen and Bar.

Also joining the 10tation celebrity ranks this season are Chef Fabio Bondi and Michael Sangregorio of Toronto’s Local Kitchen.
With the two growing their Italian-inspired business on the same love for local fresh foods, Sangregorio, LK’s Front of House Manager and Sommelier, is also the one in charge of produce at the restaurant’s personal garden in King, Ontario. Working in the crops from Spring until Fall’s end, Michael ensures all their ingredients are grown naturally, without the use of pesticides and other chemicals.
Before the opening of Local Kitchen, Chef Bondi’s specialty back in Parma, Italy was the curation of meat and fish along with the traditional art of home-base pasta making. It was at the Michelin-awarded Il Postale in Umbria where Bondi advanced his skill and passion in pure Italian cuisine, both Northern and Southern.
